Once your order has been shipped, LTS LTD is no longer responsible or liable. LTS LTD is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for miss-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately. International Shipping

Unfortunately we are only doing domestic shipping and we hope to expand to international shipping in the future. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Returns

Return Costs

The cost of return will be at the cost of the customer.

30 Days to Return

Once order is received you have 30 days from delivery to lodge any complains, make a return or request a refund. Refunds will be given once the item has been received back. The item(s) need to be in a sell-able condition therefore in the same condition you received. If not you will forfeit the right to your refund.
